CELLARS
It’s a 6th century cellar with vaulted ceiling reinforced at the end of 800’ with an iron structure, projected by Gustave Eiffel. It’s an ideal location with a nice charm for appetizers dinners and musical shows between the barrels. Maximum capacity:100 people.
GRANARY SANTO SPIRITO
Granary of 6th century and built by “Santo Spirito”’s monks of Venice, it’s currently used as safekeeping of Messi. Recently it has been restored but its original appearance hasn’t changed. It’s suitable for conferences, shows, private parties and concerts. The room, adjacent to Madonna delle Messi’s granary, opens up to a big terrace which can be used as cocktail’s area. Maximum capacity: 250 people.
GRANA MADONNA DELLE MESSI
It’s a 6th century’s granary, unique for its size (1200 squares meters). The name comes from a fresco called “Madonna delle Messi”, used as protection for harvests. The fantastic doble trusses were made by Arsenale Serenissima’s carpenters. It’s a big location for conferences and company’s events. Maximum capacity: 800 people.
AGRITOURISM
Internal and external space, ideal for promotional presentations, meetings, enogastronomic courses, birthday parties, degrees,confirmations and small events for companies. It has a modern and professional kitchen with a maximum capacity of 80 people.
GARDENS
The overlooking gardens to the villa are enhanced with important Bonazza’s statues and they include a “teatro di verzure” with statues of “Commedia dell’arte”’s statues.
These gardens can host artistic events, concerts and weddings.
The open theatre is equipped with a “Son et lumière” system for the night shows.

VILLA
Nice rooms situated in a different Villa’s part ,look out to the garden. It’s the perfect location for private and company dinners. Maximum capacity: 70 people.
